Ronny Dean Coleman, the 8th Mr. Olympia, was an American bodybuilder and bodybuilding legend.He retired in 2007 due to severe injuries. Ronny was called the "GOAT" of bodybuilding and was considered the greatest bodybuilder of all time.

 

Ronny started his career naturally, without taking any steroids or tren. He started bodybuilding at 24 years old. Ronny decided to keep working naturally without any steroids for six years. Given his monster genetics, he developed a massive physique with a low body fat percentage.




He tried to have a competition with an enhanced bodybuilder, but it ended in failure. So he decided to take steroids. When Ronny starts taking steroids himself, the whole world is shocked by his insane physique. In total, Ronny earned a total of eight Mr. Olympias between 1998 and 2005. Ronny also won the Arnold Classic physique, which was created by Arnold Schwarzenegger in 2001.

 

Ronny Coleman was and still is the bodybuilding god. He motivated millions of people and was treated as a legend of bodybuilding. Ronny is familiar with some phrases used by gym infiltrators and gym rats. He always loves to scream out "YEAH BUDDY!" and "LIGHT WEIGHT!" during his heavy sets.
