Supplements

Your body requires a good amount of vitamins and minerals; it's great to get them from food sources, but it's difficult to meet your body's daily vitamin needs solely through food .So that's why they have created supplements. to make sure that you have gotten your daily intake.

Many supplements, such as multivitamins, zinc, vitamin D3, omega-3 fatty acids, and others, must be obtained in pill form because they are difficult to obtain through food .But if you go to the gym, you must increase your amount of protein during the day. For some people, it's hard to get from food, so they use whey protein, which is a powder mixture of isolate and whey from cheese production and some liquid material. If you want to make great progress in a shorter time, you must use creatine. Basically, creatine is a compound formed in protein metabolism and present in much living tissue, which is involved in the supply of energy for muscular contraction, traps water in muscle to give it a fully developed and stronger shape, and increases ATP as well. Creatine is the most useful supplement; it is also found in beef, but in small amounts. Your daily creatine requirement is 5 grams; however, if you want to get it from meat, you must consume 1 kg of it! So it's way better to use creatine supplements.

In conclusion, I believe that you must balance food sources and supplements, so if you can't get all the vitamins from food, use supplements, but you must include food sources as well to see results and progress.
